Hiring: BDM / Account Manager – UK & Europe Staffing
📍 Remote / Hybrid
🕒 Full-Time
Salary: 5 - 7 LPA
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager with a strong background in UK & Europe Staffing/Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage clients across the UK & European markets
Generate new business opportunities in IT/Non-IT staffing
Handle client acquisition, account management, and relationship building
Work closely with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements
Negotiate contracts, rates, and staffing agreements
Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
Required Skills
Experience in UK/Europe staffing industry
Strong understanding of contract/permanent hiring models
Proven track record in client acquisition and account handling
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with MSP/VMS clients is a plus
Preferred
Existing client network in UK/EU markets
Knowledge of IT staffing trends and recruitment processes
