Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – US IT Staffing

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in US IT staffing services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring new clients, generating IT staffing requirements, and driving revenue growth in the US market while working from our Hyderabad office.
This role is purely focused on IT staffing (contract/permanent hiring) and requires hands-on experience in US client acquisition and requirement generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for US IT staffing services by acquiring direct clients.
- Identify and bring in new staffing requirements from US-based companies.
- Perform cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain direct client relationships (no dependency on vendors).
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements quickly and efficiently.
- Negotiate billing rates, contracts, and payment terms with US clients.
- Ensure a consistent flow of IT contract and permanent staffing requirements.
- Maintain and track daily/weekly sales activities, pipeline, and closures.
- Stay updated on US hiring trends, demand skills, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development (US Market mandatory).
- Proven experience in generating US IT staffing requirements and closing clients.
- Strong experience in direct client acquisition (no vendor-only profiles).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cold calling & email outreach
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator / lead generation tools
- Good understanding of:
- IT technologies and roles (developers, cloud, data, etc.)
- US staffing models (contract / permanent hiring)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results from offshore (Hyderabad).
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing US client network is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with US-based IT staffing companies or clients.
