Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – UAE IT Staffing Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2–6 Years Industry: IT Staffing / Recruitment (UAE Market) Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in UAE IT staffing services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring new clients, generating IT staffing requirements, and driving revenue growth in the UAE market while working from our Hyderabad office. This role is purely focused on IT staffing (contract/permanent hiring) and requires hands-on experience in UAE client acquisition and requirement generation. Key Responsibilities Generate new business for UAE IT staffing services by acquiring direct clients Identify and bring in new staffing requirements from UAE-based companies Perform cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to build a strong sales pipeline Develop and maintain direct client relationships (no dependency on vendors) Work closely with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements quickly and efficiently Negotiate billing rates, contracts, and payment terms with UAE clients Ensure consistent flow of IT contract and permanent staffing requirements Maintain and track daily/weekly sales activities, pipeline, and closures Stay updated on UAE hiring trends, demand skills, and competitor activities Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation Required Skills & Experience 2–6 years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development (UAE Market mandatory) Proven experience in generating UAE IT staffing requirements and closing clients Strong experience in direct client acquisition (no vendor-only profiles) Hands-on experience with: Cold calling & email outreach LinkedIn Sales Navigator / lead generation tools Good understanding of: IT technologies and roles (developers, cloud, data, etc.) UAE staffing models (contract / permanent hiring) Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and deliver results from offshore (Hyderabad) Preferred Qualifications Existing UAE client network is a strong advantage Experience working with UAE-based IT staffing companies or clients Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred Important Note (Internal Clarity for Hiring)
