We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help scale a fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand.

💼 Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for driving growth across our D2C website and marketplace channels, identifying new revenue opportunities, and improving overall sales performance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales across D2C website (Shopify) and marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.)
• Identify and execute new growth opportunities (partnerships, collaborations, new channels)
• Optimize product listings, pricing, and conversions across platforms
• Work closely with marketing to align ads, offers, and campaigns with revenue goals
• Track and analyze daily/weekly sales data to improve performance
• Improve customer journey and conversion rate on the website
• Manage B2B opportunities, bulk orders, and offline tie-ups

📊 Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in D2C e-commerce / sales / business development
• Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and funnel thinking
• Comfortable working with Shopify and marketplace dashboards
• Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and result-oriented
