Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (US Sales) based in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Core tasks include conducting sales calls, negotiating contracts, providing product or service training to clients, and coordinating with the sales management team to achieve targets and business growth. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, effective communication of the organization's value propositions, and strong strategic planning to drive results.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities
- Expertise in Sales Management and the ability to collaborate with teams to achieve growth targets
- Experience in delivering Training programs and presentations to clients or team members
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic business software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in US Sales or a similar international market is a plus
