We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented BDE Trainee to join our growing team in Bhopal. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain practical experience in lead generation, client communication, and business development while working in a fast-paced professional environment.
Job Overview
The BDE Trainee will support the business development team in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining strong communication with prospects. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, online platforms, and databases
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calling
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM or tracking sheets
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing proposals and client communication
- Track daily and weekly lead generation activities
- Support marketing and outreach campaigns by identifying target audiences
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
Requirements
- 2–6 months of experience or internship in Lead Generation / Sales / Business Development (preferred)
- Basic understanding of B2B/B2C sales and client handling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good research and analytical skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Excel, and MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing
- Exposure to CRM tools or lead management systems
- Understanding of digital marketing or IT services industry (basic)
