Job Summary: We are looking for a Tele- Caller with 6 months to 2 year of experience (Freshers can also apply) who is comfortable making outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and explaining products/services. Candidates with experience in Technology, EdTech, or learning-based organizations are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain offerings and generate interest/leads.
- Maintain call records and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in tele calling or outbound calling.
- Comfortable working from home setup.
- Basic computer knowledge, preferably in Cybersecurity, Cloud, or IT Infrastructure and OEM.
- Good Communication and persuasion Skills
