Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Business Development Executive (Sales). The responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, fostering strong relationships with clients and potential investors, and delivering pitches tailored to client needs. The role also involves driving customer engagement, coordinating with the internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions, and collaborating on sales strategy and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and partners
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with the ability to drive results and manage pipelines
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to enhance team performance and client engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and achieving goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
- Proficient in using CRM tools and standard office software
- Prior experience in franchise or investor-backed growth operations is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
