About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within the SAAS and HRTECH domains.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead nurturing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to communicate customer feedback and improve offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have: Proven experience in Business Development or sales in SaaS or HR Tech industry
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and generate leads
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work on-site in India
- Preferred: Prior experience working with enterprise clients, familiarity with HR processes and software
