About The Opportunity
We are a dynamic company operating in the eDigital Technology sector within India, seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive (BDE) for the night shift. Our focus is on expanding our market reach, establishing strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the digital tech space. Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize outreach and promotional activities.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle client interactions confidently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong market research and lead generation capabilities.
Preferred
- Experience working in a Night Shift environment.
- Knowledge of digital technology products and services.
