Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the diamond or jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Promote and sell certified loose diamonds and jewellery products
- Educate clients on diamond quality, certification, and value
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and update client database, sales pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client specifications
- Ensure excellent post-sales service for repeat business
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in diamond/jewellery/luxury sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Good knowledge of certified diamonds and grading
Preferred Profile
- Experience in high-value or luxury product sales
- Strong network within jewellery/diamond industry
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
