Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies.
- Identify and engage with international clients (US/UK/Canada markets).
- Pitch IT services / Digital Marketing solutions to potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain and update client data in CRM tools.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in International Sales (IT Services/Digital Marketing preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
Job Location: Block H-193, Sector-63, Noida (WFO)
Salary Package: Depends upon the interview
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: Night Shift (7pm - 4am)
