About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or MBA students who want to gain hands-on experience in IT sales, lead generation, and client communication. The intern will support the business development team in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in sales outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients that match the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Generate and qualify leads through email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
- Identify key decision-makers within organizations and initiate contact.
- Maintain and update lead information and activity records in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team in pipeline management and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing business development reports and activity updates.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, services, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and client outreach.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and online research tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
