Role Description
The Business Development Executive (BDE) Fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. In this role, you will identify potential business opportunities and engage with prospects, build strong client relationships, and maintain customer pipelines. Responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting sales activities, assisting in client communications, and preparing reports. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction will also be a key part of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to perform market research and identify potential business opportunities
- Basic knowledge of sales strategies and customer engagement processes
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Organized approach with attention to detail and excellent time management abilities
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a strong work ethic
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Prior internship or exposure to the healthcare, clinical research, or related industries is a plus
