Business Development Executive (Fresher) — On-site, India Role & Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and targeted prospecting campaigns. Qualify leads, book appointments and demos for senior sales teams, and maintain accurate sales-stage updates in the CRM. Execute follow-ups and nurture inbound inquiries to convert prospects into active opportunities. Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and timely fulfilment of client requests. Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and appointments; participate in sales coaching to improve conversion rates. Prepare basic proposals, update pipeline reports, and contribute market feedback to refine outreach messaging. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach. Proficiency with MS Excel for basic reporting and tracking. Willingness to work on-site and travel locally when required. High ownership mindset and ability to learn sales processes quickly. Preferred Internship or project experience in sales, B2B outreach, or recruitment. Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or Zoho CRM).
