Job Title: Sales Business Development Manager

We are a fast-growing technology company developing AI-powered solutions that simplify GST compliance and financial management for businesses through automation and digital tools.
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team and supportthe expansion of our enterprise solutions and intelligent automation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking efforts
- Assist in setting up meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies
- Prepare presentations and proposals to showcase WFYI’s solutions
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales documentation
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–6 years of experience in business development or sales roles( Fintech)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Business, Marketing, Sales,or a related Field
- Hands-on experience in building and managing a sales funnel from scratch, including self-sourced pipeline generation
- Strong ability to generate leads independently through cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), networking, and partnerships — not limited to inbound leads
- Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, solutioning, stakeholder management, negotiation, and deal closure
- Solid experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), with disciplined pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and forecasting
