We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team and support the expansion of our enterprise solutions and intelligent automation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking efforts
- Assist in setting up meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies
- Prepare presentations and proposals to showcase WFYI’s solutions
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales documentation
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals
Requirements
- Experience: 2–6 years of experience in business development or sales roles
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related Field
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Ability to generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and partnerships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong ownership mindset with high accountability for results
- Exposure to B2C sales and B2B sales or business development activities
- Knowledge of enterprise technology solutions, AI, automation, or analytics
- Experience preparing proposals, presentations, or client communications
