Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Research & Prospecting: Research potential B2B clients across industries using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo
- Decision-Maker Identification: Identify and validate key contacts including Marketing Heads, CMOs, Founders, and Decision Makers.
- ICP Alignment: Qualify prospects based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria set by the BD and Marketing teams. Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and tech stacks used by target companies.
- Pain Point Mapping: Understand buyer personas, their challenges, and motivations to enable tailored outreach.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain clean, updated, and structured databases of leads using CRM tools or Excel. Communication Tracking: Log all outreach activity, follow-up cadences, and client touchpoints.
- Support Activities: Assist in preparing client proposals, presentation decks, and note-taking during meetings. Learning & Development: Shadow senior BD executives to observe pitches, discovery calls, and engagement techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in relevant field
- Proficient in Advanced Excel (filtering, sorting, data organization, basic formulas)
- Excellent research and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Good IQ and a strong ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Enthusiastic about digital marketing, market research, and client growth strategies
