We are a growing IT services and consulting firm helping clients transform their businesses. We are looking for motivated MBA graduates (completed MBA) to join our sales team as interns and launch their careers in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through multiple channels
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain records in CRM
- Meet weekly and monthly targets
Requirements (Must-Have):
- MBA completed (any specialization)
- Freshers (0–6 months experience)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
Preferred (Optional):
- Interest in B2B sales or IT services
