Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive/Manager (BDE/BDM) located in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with salon professionals, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new salon partners, promoting Biolume's range of skincare products, crafting sales strategies, conducting product training, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Capability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of the skincare, beauty, or salon industry is a plus
- Proficiency in managing customer relationships and using CRM software
- Strategic thinking and ability to meet sales targets
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
