Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Rajkot. The BDE will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and understanding client needs to provide tailored services. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, negotiating contracts, maintaining customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. The BDE will also work to identify market trends and create strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including experience with lead generation and contract closures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in market research and analyzing industry trends
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams for seamless project execution
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in the photography or wedding planning industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
