Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at our Ahmedabad office. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and devising strategies to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include market research, lead generation, client presentations, proposal development, and collaboration with the marketing and product teams to drive market growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development goals with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and business development, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients effectively.
- Basic knowledge of software products, services, and technological advancements is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
