🔹 About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive end-to-end sales for our IT services portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and deal closure while contributing to revenue growth and business expansion.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ End-to-End Sales Ownership
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions
• Convert leads into long-term business opportunities
✔ Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, and B2B platforms
• Identify and target potential clients across industries
✔ Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis
• Gather and analyze client requirements and project scope
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility
• Maintain consistent and professional client communication
✔ Negotiation & Closure
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms effectively
• Drive timely deal closures and revenue generation
• Conduct structured follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
✔ CRM & Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance metrics
✔ Relationship Management
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
✔ Target Achievement
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Operate effectively in a performance-driven environment

🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• MBA (Marketing) preferred
