Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive month-on-month growth in onboarding high-quality channel partners.
- Generate and convert qualified leads through field activities and other acquisition channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with newly onboarded partners.
- Reduce early-stage partner churn through effective engagement and retention strategies.
- Ensure successful first-month performance and placements for new partners.
- Support infrastructure expansion by aligning partners to increase tele-caller capacity as per business requirements.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the partner ecosystem.
