Role Description
We are seeking a full-time onsite Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Rajkot. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include lead generation, conducting market research, preparing proposals, managing client communications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our business strategy. The role also involves representing the company in meetings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction while aligning with our organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in market research and lead generation techniques
- Proficiency in creating proposals and managing contracts
- Familiarity with digital transformation and engineering industries is a plus
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Rajkot and travel for client meetings as needed
