Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in New Delhi. The BDE will focus on driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and fostering long-term partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, market research, client engagement, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. The BDE will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and client acquisition skills, with a focus on lead generation and building lasting business relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Market research and analytical skills to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Negotiation and presentation skills to close deals and effectively convey proposals to clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for tracking leads and managing client data.
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives to meet sales targets.
- Experience or familiarity with the glass and aluminum industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
