Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate (BDA) at our Bengaluru office. The BDA will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting tailored offerings. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to refine strategies and approaches will also be key.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales processes, lead generation, and relationship building
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze client needs effectively
- Problem-solving capabilities and a result-oriented mindset
- Understanding of online learning platforms or familiarity with the EdTech industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field
