Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate (Sales) for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting products or services, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals. Additional duties include maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with the sales team to execute strategies, and providing training or product demonstrations to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, business development, and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in providing Training and product demonstrations effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Relevant industry experience or knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
