Role SummaryAs a Business Development Associate (BDA) – ROW Team, you will play a key role in expanding Bhanzu’s presence across international markets outside the US.
This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience who are proactive, target-driven, and eager to work in a global sales environment. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients across diverse geographies, driving conversions, and contributing to Bhanzu’s international growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities● Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach across ROW markets.
● Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders across different regions.
● Sales Execution: Drive end-to-end sales conversations, including pitching, handling objections, and closing deals.
● CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
● Strategic Support: Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales strategies for international markets.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align outreach and growth strategies.
● Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs across ROW regions.
● Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory Requirements)● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage global clients.
● Proven ability in negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications● 1-3 Years of Experience working with international or ROW markets.
● Background in EdTech, SaaS, or inside sales environments.
● Familiarity with global sales processes and virtual selling techniques.
Location & Working HoursWork Mode: Remote
Working Days: 6 days/week
Shift Window: Between 5:00 AM to 3:00 AM
