Internship Overview
We are looking for energetic, confident, and goal-oriented college students who are passionate about sales, communication, and business development. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the EdTech industry while helping you develop valuable professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify student leads.
- Explain our training programs and internship opportunities to prospective students.
- Conduct phone calls and follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Assist in converting leads into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree.
- Only college students are eligible to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English or Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Passion for sales, marketing, and business development.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
