Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Business Development Associate (BDA) based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential partners or clients, building and maintaining relationships, conducting market research, and supporting the implementation of strategic growth initiatives. The intern will also engage in lead generation, assist in ongoing projects, and ensure targets are met effectively while collaborating with the team.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Relationship Management, and Client Interaction skills
- Proficiency in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Analytical Thinking
- Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving abilities
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic setting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience or internships in sales, client relations, or business development is a plus
