Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate at our Bengaluru office. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, creating strategies to drive growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks include developing proposals, conducting market research, collaborating with different teams, and utilizing tools to achieve business goals. This role requires proactive communication and a focus on achieving organizational objectives within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Skilled in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry, with an understanding of construction and assembly techniques
- Proficient in using both Hand Tools and Power Tools effectively and safely
- Experience with Framing tasks to ensure accuracy and durability in structures
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in team settings as well as independently
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Previous experience in the construction or related industries is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
