Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Associate (BDA) in the Home Cleaning, Beauty, and PEC (Plumber Electrician Carpenter) division. The role involves identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, promoting our wide range of cleaning and personal care services, conducting client presentations, and maintaining client satisfaction. The BDA will collaborate with the operational team to align service delivery with client expectations and actively contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities. Performance analysis and reporting will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficient skills in Commercial Cleaning, Window Cleaning, and Carpet Cleaning
- Practical experience in Home Cleaning, Beauty, EPC and House Cleaning tasks
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets
- Experience in client relationship management or a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and time-management skills
