Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) for a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. The BDA will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing strategic proposals. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage sales pipelines, and support the company’s business expansion goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify potential clients and trends
- Ability to develop and implement growth strategies, proposals, and sales strategies
- Experience in CRM tools, lead generation, and monitoring sales performance metrics
- Proficiency in teamwork and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 6 month to 3years of experience in sales, marketing, or wbusiness development is preferred
- Familiarity with technology solutions, particularly software and automation services, is a plus
