Are you someone who lives and breathes RCM — and can also hold a sales conversation with confidence?
We're looking for a Business Development Associate with deep Accounts Receivable expertise to join the HealOS team.
What makes this role different: Most sales roles in healthcare tech don't require you to actually understand the billing workflow. This one does. You'll use your RCM knowledge — claims, denials, prior auth, eligibility — as your primary sales tool.
What you'll do:
- Prospect and run discovery calls with clinic billing teams and practice managers
- Demo the HealOS RCM and billing modules with domain credibility
- Own a renewals book — retain, expand, and flag churn risk early
- Translate AR complexity into ROI conversations that actually land
- Build pipeline with disciplined CRM hygiene and follow-through
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years in medical billing, AR follow-up, or denial management
- Working knowledge of CPT/ICD-10, EOB/ERA, payer portals (UHC, Aetna, BCBS, Medicare)
- Comfort being on calls and driving client conversations
- Self-starter mindset — we move fast and you'll have real ownership
