Role Description
This is a full-time role for a BD & Social Media Brand Lead, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role operates as a hybrid position, with flexibility to work from home for some responsibilities. Key tasks include managing social media strategy, developing and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media channels (SMO), writing creative and engaging content, and effectively collaborating with various stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include fostering brand growth through digital marketing campaigns and client relationship management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies
- Knowledge of branding, online engagement, and creative campaigns
- Proactive and organized approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Team& Project Management
- Worked in International and domestic Projects
- Ability to close deals
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with AI-driven digital marketing and advanced tools is a plus
