Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Mumbai for a BD (Business Development)/Sales Manager within the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) segment. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The individual will be responsible for liaising with partner schools, driving customer engagement, managing client communications, and overseeing end-to-end sales processes.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong background in sales, business development, and relationship management
- Proficiency in planning, strategy formulation, and data analysis for identifying market opportunities
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in the education or edtech sector is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
