Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Manager to lead the operations of our Center of Excellence (CoE) at Trivandrum. The role involves managing end-to-end center operations, driving student engagement, coordinating with academic stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of industry-oriented training programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong operational, academic coordination, and business development capabilities.
Key responsibilities
1. Center Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the COE, ensuring smooth functioning of labs, sessions, and infrastructure
Manage schedules for training programs, workshops, and corporate sessions
Ensure high-quality delivery of courses (50–400 hours programs)
2. Academic & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the college/university
Coordinate with HODs, faculty, and management for program execution
Align COE activities with academic curriculum and institutional goals
3. Student Engagement & Experience
Drive student enrollments for short-term and long-term programs
Conduct orientation sessions, counselling, and awareness workshops
Ensure strong student satisfaction, retention, and outcomes
4. Revenue & Business Growth
Achieve revenue targets through course enrollments and corporate training programs
Identify opportunities for upselling advanced programs (400-hour courses, certifications)
Support lead generation activities within the campus ecosystem
Coordinate with trainers and technical experts for program delivery
Monitor trainer performance and ensure quality standards
