Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Manager to lead the operations of our Center of Excellence (CoE) at Trivandrum. The role involves managing end-to-end center operations, driving student engagement, coordinating with academic stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of industry-oriented training programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong operational, academic coordination, and business development capabilities.
Key responsibilities
1. Center Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the CoE, ensuring smooth functioning of labs, sessions, and infrastructure
- Manage schedules for training programs, workshops, and corporate sessions
- Ensure high-quality delivery of courses (50–400 hours programs)
2. Academic & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the college/university
- Coordinate with HODs, faculty, and management for program execution
- Align CoE activities with academic curriculum and institutional goals
3. Student Engagement & Experience
- Drive student enrollments for short-term and long-term programs
- Conduct orientation sessions, counselling, and awareness workshops
- Ensure strong student satisfaction, retention, and outcomes
4. Revenue & Business Growth
- Achieve revenue targets through course enrollments and corporate training programs
- Identify opportunities for upselling advanced programs (400-hour courses, certifications)
- Support lead generation activities within the campus ecosystem
- Coordinate with trainers and technical experts for program delivery
- Monitor trainer performance and ensure quality standards
