🌏 Business Development Manager – South East Asia (Myanmar Focus)
📍 Location: Bangalore, India (Extensive travel across South East Asia)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and market expansion across Myanmar and South East Asia in the agricultural equipment sector.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies across Myanmar & SEA.
- Build and strengthen distributor and dealer networks.
- Drive sales growth, revenue targets, and market share.
- Engage with government agencies, institutions, and NGOs for mechanization programs.
- Conduct market intelligence and recommend strategies for new product launches.
- Support brand visibility through trade shows, dealer meets, and farmer engagement programs.
✅ Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in International Business Development / Exports / Channel Management.
- Strong background in agricultural equipment, tractors, farm machinery, or allied industries.
- Proven success in distributor development and international market expansion.
- Experience handling Southeast Asia markets (Myanmar preferred).
- Willingness to travel internationally (40–60%).
