Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development (BD) Manager, located in Hyderabad. The BD Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand VDEC’s market presence. Key responsibilities include client outreach, creating and delivering proposals, negotiating contracts, conducting presentations, and following up on leads to close deals. The BD Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and act as a key representative of the company in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge in construction industry domains such as BIM, MEP Design, and 3D Modeling is preferred
- Marketing skills including proposal development, presentations, and strategic planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cultivating long-term business relationships
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
- Experience in project-based industries like Architecture, Engineering, or Construction is a plus
