Role Description The BD Intern role at Coding Blocks is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will support the business development team in identifying potential partners, clients, and institutional relationships, and assist with lead generation activities through calls, emails, and online outreach. Daily tasks include conducting market research to understand trends and opportunities, maintaining accurate records of prospects, and preparing basic reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. The BD Intern will interact with students, partners, and prospective clients to respond to queries, provide information about programs, and ensure a positive experience. The role involves close coordination with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support growth initiatives and meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market data and business metrics.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Lead Generation capabilities, including outreach, prospecting, and follow-up.
- Market Research skills to identify potential opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.
- Customer Service orientation to handle inquiries professionally and maintain positive relationships.
- Interest in the education and technology sector, with a learning mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
