Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Business Development (BD) & Growth Intern. The intern will assist with lead generation, conduct market research, analyze data, and build strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, preparing business pitches, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the development of strategic initiatives to expand Nitro’s reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with team members and external stakeholders
- Experience or aptitude in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and engage new opportunities
- Proficiency in Customer Service for effectively addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Passion for e-commerce and AI technologies and understanding of the D2C sector is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
