Job DescriptionRole: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–5 Years
CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on new business acquisition, client engagement, and market expansion. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both inside sales (cold calling, demos) and field sales (client meetings, travel).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads
- Schedule and deliver product demos and presentations to prospective clients (virtual & in-person)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions and meetings
- Explore and establish strategic partnerships and alliances
- Travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, industry events, and on-site meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Contribute to market expansion strategies, including entry into new geographies
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Proven ability in lead generation and new client acquisition
- Experience in cold calling and pitching to clients
- Ability to conduct effective product demos and sales presentations
- Good understanding of market research and customer needs analysis
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
- Experience in SaaS / IT services / B2B product sales is preferred
