About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Expert to expand our mobile advertising business across international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mobile ad sales, performance marketing, publisher/advertiser acquisition, and global client relationship management.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing end-to-end sales cycles for mobile advertising solutions including CPI, CPA, CPL, CPM, and programmatic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new advertisers, agencies, affiliates, app developers, and performance marketing partners across international markets.
- Drive revenue growth through mobile advertising sales and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and manage relationships with global clients, media agencies, ad networks, DSPs, and publishers.
- Sell mobile advertising solutions including:
a. Performance campaigns (CPI/CPA/CPL/CPS)
b. Brand campaigns (CPM/CPC)
c. Programmatic and RTB solutions
d. In-app advertising and user acquisition campaigns
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with international clients.
- Work closely with account management and operations teams to ensure campaign delivery and optimization.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging ad tech opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports using CRM tools.
- Attend international conferences, networking events, and client meetings when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in mobile ad sales, digital advertising, ad tech, or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of:
a. Mobile advertising ecosystem
b. Programmatic advertising
c. DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges
d. Affiliate and performance marketing
e. User acquisition strategies
- Proven track record of achieving international sales targets.
- Strong network with advertisers, agencies, app publishers, or affiliate partners is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with international markets such as: LATAM, MENA, SEA, Europe etc.
- Existing relationships with media buying agencies and app advertisers.
- Experience in mobile app monetization or ad tech platforms.
