Title: BIM Coordinator (Mechanical, Electrical & Structural)
Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Shift: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced BIM & Design Coordinators to join our team at HRP Infra Private Limited. We are expanding our BIM department across all core disciplines to enhance our project delivery through advanced 3D modeling, clash coordination, and 4D/5D integration.

Role Overview:
· As a BIM & Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating discipline-specific BIM models. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that our designs are accurate, clash-free, code-compliant, and optimized for construction.
Key Responsibilities (Common Across All Disciplines):
· Modeling: Develop and manage high-quality BIM models (LOD 200–400) specific to your discipline.
· Coordination: Perform clash detection using Navisworks and collaborate with other departments to resolve design conflicts.
· Documentation: Prepare and review shop drawings, GA drawings, schematics, and SLDs.
· Quantity Take-offs: Extract accurate BOQs, material schedules, and quantities from the BIM environment.
· 4D/5D Integration: Support the integration of construction scheduling (4D) and cost estimation (5D) within the BIM workflow.
· Quality Control: Ensure all models comply with project standards, LOD requirements, and relevant codes (IS, IEC, NBC, ASHRAE, etc.).
Specific Departmental Requirements:
1. Electrical BIM Coordinator
· Focus: Power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Data).
· Software: Autodesk Revit (Electrical) & Navisworks.
· Advantage: Knowledge of ETAP or DIALux.
2. Mechanical BIM Coordinator
· Focus: HVAC (ducting/chilled water), plumbing, piping, and firefighting systems (sprinklers/hydrants).
· Software: Autodesk Revit (MEP) & Navisworks.
· Advantage: Knowledge of HAP, Elite, or firefighting design tools.
3. Structural & Architectural BIM Coordinator
· Focus: RCC structures (foundations, columns, beams), water retaining structures (tanks, pump houses), and architectural layouts/finishes.
· Planning & Costing: Deep involvement in 4D sequencing and 5D cost tracking.
· Software: Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure) & Navisworks Manage.
· Advantage: Tekla Structures.
Qualifications & Experience
· Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
· Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
· Sector Preference: Experience in building projects, infrastructure, or water projects is highly preferred.
· Certifications: Professional certification in Revit/BIM is a plus.
Software Proficiency
· Mandatory: Autodesk Revit (relevant module) and Navisworks.
· Supportive: AutoCAD and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
