BD (Business Development) – Tendering Executive

About the Role
TRP Ingenieria Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic,
detail-oriented and experienced BD Tendering Executive to manage end-to-end
tendering, bid management and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare Tender Bid Summary, Synopsis and Bid/Not-Bid Sheets
as per Tender RFP requirements.
* Manage complete Pre-Tender and Post-Tender submission
activities, including bid evaluation.
* Calculate Firm and Key Professional Marking Criteria as per
the RFP.
* Handle Infracon Portal and other government portals for
tender submission.
* Manage complete tender uploading and online submission
activities.
* Prepare and submit pre-bid queries/clarifications as per
the Tender RFP.
* Coordinate effectively with the BD team and Key
Professionals during tender submission.
* Plan, monitor and manage the complete tender bid process
from opportunity identification to submission.
* Coordinate regularly with clients, government authorities,
associate consultants and contractors.
* Prepare tender-wise planning sheets before bid submission.
* Prepare and manage professional documentation using MS
Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Handle Key Professional CV checking, drafting and
formatting.
* Prepare project-specific datasheets as required by the
tender.
* Handle bill invoicing and payment follow-up with clients.
* Draft professional letters, emails and tender-related
correspondence.
* Maintain proper records and databases related to tenders
and submissions.
Required Skills & Knowledge
* Good knowledge of Tendering and Bid Management.
* Strong understanding of RFP, EOI and Tender documents.
* Knowledge of Infracon and government tender portals.
* Good English communication and writing skills.
* Good English typing skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of Database Management.
* Understanding of Legal Compliance related to tendering.
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
* Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders
simultaneously.
* Hardworking, organized and detail-oriented approach.
Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / MBA / relevant
field preferred.
* Additional certification or knowledge in Tendering,
Contracts or Bid Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in tendering, bid management
and/or business development, preferably in the engineering, consulting or
construction sector.
