Job Title: Business Development & Program Operations Associate
Location: Near IIT Delhi
Duration: Full-Time
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage business development and operations for a quantum technology program. This role involves execution, stakeholder coordination, program management, and ecosystem building. A strong technical understanding is essential to effectively manage operations in a deep-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive program execution, including planning, coordination, and delivery
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of program activities
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders (industry partners, academia, startups, internal teams)
- Support business development initiatives including partnerships, outreach, and collaborations
- Track program progress, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with program goals
- Maintain documentation, reports, and operational records
- Identify process improvements and optimize workflows
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple workstreams
- Problem-solving mindset with operational efficiency focus
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms
Preferred Technical / Industry Background
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Quantum Technologies (Quantum Sensing, Quantum Computing, Quantum Communication, or Quantum Cryptography)
- Background in engineering, technology, or science domains
- Experience working in deep-tech programs, research environments, or tech startups/ organisations and with Government Partnerships.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and translate them into execution plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, B.E. Electronics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, operations, program management, or similar roles
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
