Key Job Description:
BD & Alliance management:
- Collaborate & Support business development initiatives: Scouting for strategic Out-licensing opportunity from existing partner as well as new partners , build & nurture partnerships along with ongoing alliance management for Small Molecules for Domestic market
- Support Business Negotiations & Terms along with Legal contracts
- Driving execution through collaboration with various CFT teams
Corporate Strategy:
- Responsible for facilitating key Corporate/BU level Strategic Projects i.e. Business Restructuring, Business Expansion, Brand shifts, portfolio alignments, division launch etc.
- Identifying gaps & targets for inorganic growth opportunities, M&A analysis and recommend go/no go decisions on upcoming Investment opportunities
- Driving business performance through generating periodic performance Insights, and conduct benchmarking with competitors to identify competitive advantages, gaps, and growth Opportunity for business.
- Conduct Inter-firm benchmarking studies of competitors, including strategies, investment plans, M&A initiatives, financials, product portfolio and pipeline to guide strategic decision.
- Perform Therapy analysis and suggest portfolio specific insights for senior management
- Support Commercial excellence projects on Digital Initiatives, Marketing Excellence, Business Analytics etc.
- with business teams & cross-functional stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.Pharm + MBA from premier B school
- Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy / Consulting /Market Research/ Marketing /Business development
- Competencies:
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex datasets, identify patterns and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in utilizing data tools IQVIA, AWACS, SMSRC, IPD, Cortellis etc.
- Basic understanding on Legal and Financial aspects of agreement
- Strong Oral and written Communication Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong Interpersonal, Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution & Decision-making skills
- Project Management
- Medical aspects of drugs
