Candidates should be able to demonstrate in the interview that they have handled all of the below responsibilities in their current or past jobs: Understand technical requirements Coding in ASP, VB & JavaScript Self Testing Hands on experience in: HTML (1+ years) Javascript (1+ years) ASP (1+ years) VB (1+ years) o Should have created and used COM DllsSQL (1+ years) SQL Server 2000 (6 months) OOAD - optional UML - optional Website Development Should have been a team member in the development of at least 1 large scale, database driven websites. Other skills: XML XSLT PHP MySQL Windows 2000 server administration Knowledge of FTP, SMTP, POP3 protocols Hands on experience with the following tools desirable, but not mandatory: Visual Studio Rational Rose ERWin Visio Winrunner Loadrunner Rational Test Suite Hands on experience in: Polymorphism Abstraction Containment Custom Collections Inheritance Object life time in VB, ASP
